Group coaching is powerful because it creates a space where individuals not only learn from the coach but also from one another. There’s a unique synergy that happens when people realize they’re not alone in their struggles or goals—whether it’s rebuilding confidence, setting boundaries, or navigating relationships. The shared energy, accountability, and collective wisdom fuel breakthroughs that often wouldn’t happen in isolation. In group settings, people are inspired by each other’s progress, and that momentum becomes contagious.

    Dating with Confidence – Continued Support Group

    • Meet every other week for one hour for 8 weeks

    • Real-time guidance while actively dating

    • Topics include:

      • What to say when you're uncomfortable

      • How to know if you like them

      • Sharing too much or too little

      • Navigating awkward moments

      • Reading signs and trusting intuition

      • Maintaining boundaries while staying open

    Pricing:

    • Phase 1: $500 (includes 4 weeks of group sessions and 1 private session)

    • Phase 2: $200 (includes 4 additional weeks)

    • Additional private sessions are available for $150

  • A structured 8-week journey to reclaim your health and transform your relationship with food.
